Ski Resort

This is a ski resort in the midwest the colors did not turn out too good due to me having to fly into the sun and it was a little bit windy.

Swimming anyone?

Swimming pools from the air look very nice during the summer with the blue water. Here is what one looks like during the winter.

Building of a lake

This is an aerial of a Lake being built they do this during the winter because it is cold and the ground is frozen.When it is frozen they can get the equipment in there and remove the frozen ground. If they tried this when it is warm it would be to muddy. They actualy take out huge chunks of frozen ground. If it gets to warm they have to stop working until it is cold again.

Who says you cant boat during the winter? All of the boats have been pulled out and now its time for the Ice Boats

This is a shot of a frozen river. We drive across the bridges thru out the winter now you can see what it looks like from 300 ft above.

Flying in the snow

I was trying to get a shot of the ski resort lodge.The weather was not very good kind of foggy and light snow. I got a few shots, but not one of my best days to fly. When i got up kind of high the wind was starting to pick up. So i landed and i will pick another day.

Here is what it looks like after a snow from about 300 ft. Its not fun flying in the cold but it is nice to see results like this picture.

When i first saw this picture it was just another aerial. I then took another look and noticed all of the homes are very similar AM I SEEING DOUBLE??

This makes me dizzy

New neighborhood

This is an aerial of a new neighborhood. The park isnt done yet and there are only a few houses that are done. It should be very nice when its all done.

Construction

Here is a house during counstruction until i saw it from the air i had no idea how much lumber they had just laying around.This was taken at 2 pm and during the week and nobody was at the job site working im not sure why.To me it looks like they just stopped working and left.

Along the river

As i was walking my dog this guy was outside so i stopped by and said hi. I mentioned how nice his house was and i thought it would look nice from the air he agreed and i told him i could get a picture of it for him so the next day i went flying and here it is, sure enough he bought it it turned out pretty good.

This place looks just as nice from the air as it does from the ground its one of my favorite places to go.

This is a very popular vacation area during the summer.Its a great place for boating and swimming but expensive to own a house on the lake.

Here is another pool house.This was another windy day almost to windy.I wanted a better picture but with the wind it was a short flight.

I think pools look so good from the air.This house has a nice size yard to go with the pool.This is a nice quiet area to live in.

Corn Maze

The corn is now tall enough to see what the corn maze will look like this year.I tried and tried to get the full maze shot but its always windy when i want to fly here.

Car Dealership

I have always wondered what a car dealership looked like from the air so i decided to go and take a few pictures to find out. I thought it looked pretty neat.I think people are living in the trailer in the back part of the lot.

Roscoe,Il

Here is a little town of Roscoe,Illinois.when your up this high the plane gets hard to see so i had a buddy with better eye sight fly the plane when it got up this high.
